Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and VoidCraft, [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("VoidCraft", "we", "us"). They cover our mobile games, our websites at voidcraftai.com and voidcraftai.games, and any related services (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing or playing, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and forms part of these Terms.

2. Who may play

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use. Unless a specific game's store listing says otherwise, our games are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who lets a minor use the Services is responsible for that use, including any purchases.

3. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. That licence is all you get: we keep every other right.

4. Rules of play

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, macros, modified clients or third-party tools that change how a game behaves;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble a game, except where law expressly allows it;
• interfere with our servers or security, or attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• buy, sell, trade or transfer accounts, virtual items or virtual currency outside the game;
• submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights — including in nicknames and leaderboard entries;
• use the Services for anything illegal, or in breach of the app store rules that apply to your device.

5. Purchases

Games may offer optional purchases. All purchases are processed by the app store you downloaded from (Apple's App Store or Google Play) under that store's terms and payment rules. We never receive your payment card details.

Prices are shown before you confirm and may change over time. Purchases are generally final. Refunds are handled by the app store, according to its policy, and nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country. 6. Virtual items and currency

Games may include virtual currency, items, characters, boosts and similar content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you for use inside the game. They are not your property, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be transferred outside the game.

We may change, rebalance, limit, expire or remove Virtual Items to keep a game fair, working and enjoyable. If a game closes down, unused Virtual Items end with it, except where consumer law requires otherwise. Virtual Items you have not used are forfeited if your access is terminated for breaking these Terms.

7. Advertising

Some games are free to play and supported by advertising. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for what advertisers offer. Your device controls over personalisation are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates, changes and closing a game down

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of a game, including features, content and online services, and we may stop supporting older devices or operating system versions. If we permanently close a game or its online services, we will give reasonable notice in the game or on our website where we can.

9. Our intellectual property

The games, their code, art, audio, characters, text, the VoidCraft name and the VoidCraft mark are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may capture and share gameplay footage and screenshots for non-commercial community use — streaming and video are welcome — but you may not copy, distribute, or make derivative works from our assets otherwise without written permission.

10. Your content and feedback

If you submit content through a game (for example a nickname) or send us ideas, suggestions or bug reports, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use it to operate and improve the Services. We are free to use feedback without obligation or payment, and you confirm you have the right to give us what you send.

11. Third-party services

Our games rely on third-party platforms and services — app stores, analytics, crash reporting, advertising and cloud hosting. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their part of what happens, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue a game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — do survive.

13. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that a game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoidCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or Virtual Items. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some countries do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limits above apply only as far as that country's law permits, and nothing in these Terms removes rights you have as a consumer.

14. App store terms

These Terms are between you and VoidCraft, not with Apple or Google. For games downloaded from the App Store: Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the game; Apple is not responsible for product claims, third-party intellectual property claims, or any failure of the game to conform to a warranty, which is our responsibility, subject to any refund the store makes; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You also confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or on a prohibited-parties list.

15. Governing law and disputes

VoidCraft has not yet designated a governing law or exclusive jurisdiction for disputes under these Terms. That decision will be made and published here before these Terms are relied on for a paid product or app store submission. In the meantime, if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our games and the law change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and we will give notice of material changes in the game or on our website. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
