Delete your account

1. Delete it in the app — the fast way

Every VoidCraft game with online features (the daily leaderboard, the league, friend challenges, Rush) has a delete button inside the game. It erases the account completely, at once, and needs no email or password.

1. Open the game and tap the gear (Settings).
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. The account and its data are erased immediately.

This works on any device where the game is signed in — if you have it on a tablet as well as a phone, either one will do.

2. What is erased, and what stays

Erased, immediately

• Your player name, solve times and streaks.
• Your league standing and points.
• Every challenge and race you started, and your Rush records.
• The anonymous account itself. There is no waiting period and no way to restore it.

Stays

• Puzzle progress on your device. It lives only there and was never part of the account — delete the app to remove it.
• Anonymous daily statistics such as "how many people solved today's puzzle in under a minute". They contain no identifier.
• Game Center or Google Play Games scores, if you connected one. We stop sending scores, but the entries on Apple's and Google's own leaderboards are governed by them and can be removed from your Apple ID or Google account settings.
• A report another player made about you. Their game keeps a bare record of your former ID so that you stay hidden from them — it holds nothing else about you.

3. If you no longer have the app — request deletion

Our accounts are anonymous: there is no email address, password or phone number on them. That is good for privacy, but it means a request from outside the app has to show us that it comes from the person who holds the account — otherwise anyone could ask us to erase anyone.

Email support [at] voidcraftai [dot] com with the subject Delete my account and include:

• the name of the game;
• your Player ID and the install code shown next to it — both are in the game under Settings → Player ID (tap the row to reveal them, tap again to copy);
• or, if you connected Game Center or Google Play Games in the game, tell us which one, so we can match the account that way.

We check the code or the connected account against our records and, if it matches, run the same deletion the app runs. We reply within a few days to confirm.

If you have neither — no app on any device and no connected account — we have no way to tell your request apart from someone else's, and we will not delete an account we cannot verify. The fastest route in that case is to reinstall the game on any device where it was signed in and use the delete button; a fresh install on a new device creates a new, empty account and cannot reach the old one.
